COMPUTER EXPERIENCE

EEO-1 Desktop. Wrote software to analyze employers' EEO-1 reports, comparing companies to others in similar industries and localities. Written in Borland Delphi and SQL.

EEOSTAT. Wrote computer software for EEO litigation consisting of three modules: Paycalc calculates amounts of backpay, including compound interest, owed to victims of employment discrimination; Square analyzes cross-tabulated data and applies Chi Square and Fisher's Exact tests; Avail compares selections to an availability percentage and uses the binomial and the normal approximation to the binomial to calculate statistical significance. Written in Borland Delphi.

LTS (Litigation Tracking System). Developed database system for EEOC's field legal units nationwide: LTS tracked the filing and resolution of the agency's enforcement litigation, and included reports of office productivity plus "tickler" feature enabling Regional Attorneys to track local pleadings. Written in Rbase relational database.

ATS (Appellate Tracking System). Wrote software to track EEOC's appellate litigation in the U.S. Courts of Appeals and Supreme Court: ATS tracks briefs and memoranda due and filed, cases argued, and the resulting decisions; reports include caseload by attorney or by current status, and briefs filed or due within a specified period; implements brief index system. Written in Turbo Pascal.

Knowledge of Pascal, Delphi, C, Oracle PL-SQL, SAS, SQL, Rbase and dBASE programming languages.
